This record means our efforts have moved beyond equal opportunity to achieve better success rates for the populations we serve than those entering the industry through traditional means. With our incredible retention rate, Construction Skills’ efforts in reaching out to high school students and residents of the New York Housing Authority (NYCHA) have proven to be of substantial value.
